Return & Refund Policy – SouthNest

At SouthNest, we aim to provide quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or broken upon delivery

  • The wrong product was delivered

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • You must provide clear photos/videos as proof

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Minor variations in color/design

  • Incorrect usage or handling


Refunds

Once your return request is approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

  • Refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI


Replacement

In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.


Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
